Spark Bay Strategies builds, acquires and holds operating companies that help climate and energy technologies reach customers. The group focuses on the commercial side of the energy transition: go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing systems, and the field execution that turns a technology into an installed, working product.

We work in and around the San Francisco Bay Area, with a particular interest in electrification of buildings, residential heat pumps, energy efficiency, and the software and services that support those markets.

• Commercialization. Positioning, demand generation, sales playbooks and revenue operations for climate and energy startups.
• Deployment. Residential and light-commercial electrification, where adoption depends on contractors, permitting and homeowner decisions.
• Shared services. Finance, data and tooling that operating companies in the group can draw on instead of rebuilding.
